My coaching experience and background?



"I've been coaching for twenty years on and off and have experience working with clients in post natal depression, women over fifty and menopause. I'm certified through Jay Shetty and accredited, I trained with Richard Brandler who wrote NLP Neuro linguistics and trained with Paul Mc Kenna as a hypnotist and retrained recently in hypnosis with Dr Ruth Wells. “I bring a wealth of real-world experience to coaching—having faced challenges, embraced successes, and navigated life across different cultures and careers. I combine deep empathy and generosity with straight talk, giving clients honest, actionable guidance. I help people see their strengths, work through obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change.

"My fees are personal to you. I take into account where you are in life, however I never underestimate my value. Coaching is an investment into yourself. 
We can discuss payment options during our introductory session. Or I can send an email with my proposal if you find this more comfortable. There is no pressure. 



What if I'm not happy with the coaching?

"Your satisfaction is important. We can discuss your concerns and make adjustments to the coaching process. If, after a trial period, you're still not satisfied, we can explore other options."
